Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order, or if an item has been damaged, please contact our staff within 48 hours via email at email@example.com or via phone at (562) 988-5900 during normal business hours: M-F from 11pm - 6pm PT. We will ship you a replacement and include a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged/defective merchandise. Please have your order number available. If contacting us via email, please include it in your email's subject line.
Online orders may be returned for refund (less shipping) within two weeks of receipt. Exchanges and returned items must be in unworn condition.
For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS or US Mail.
