Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order, or if an item arrived defective, please contact us within 48 hours via email at sales@longbeachclothing.com. We will ship you a replacement and include a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged/defective merchandise. The defective item must contain tags, be in unworn condition and be shipped back to us within 7 days from us sending a return label to you. Please have your order number available and include it in your email's subject line.
RETURNS: In-store and online orders may be returned for refund (less shipping for online orders) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
EXCHANGES: In-store and online orders may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition with tags intact. If exchanging by mail, customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our store.
SALE items, bandanas and masks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as FedEx, UPS or US Mail.
